I had the opportunity recently to sit down with Eric Metalf and talk about Small Group Coaching. Eric is the Small Groups Director at Christian Community Church, a multisite church with eleven different campuses. Eric was also recently named the director of the New Thing Network. CCC is an amazing church where Lead Pastor Dave Ferguson has built a rich leadership development culture where multiplication has become a part of their DNA.
