Equipping Leaders To Multiply

Longing to See God’s Hand in Your Life

Do you ever find yourself in that place where you’re desperate to see the hand of God in your life?  You’re confused, hurting, bored or anxious and you just want to see God do something in your life.  Many of you have been asking about the story behind my calling to make a transition from Seacoast to help start up a new church planting network based out of Atlanta called The Launch Network.  Below is the video where I shared my story with Seacoast Church at the First Wednesday service in July.  In this message I share how God worked in my and Cindy’s heart to prepare us for this new challenge. If you are longing to see the hand of God in your life, I hope you find our story encouraging to your own journey.

  1. Just watched this again for the first time since First Wednesday. Thanks for sharing your story Mac. It resonates so much with where God has me right now. I would love to talk some more about next steps when you have time.

  2. mac, thanks so much for sharing this. im not one to exaggerate, so believe me when i say that this was a great encouragement to me. it was very meaningful to my situation.

If I went to your church I would try to find you and ask you these 2 questions. Ill include them here and cross my fingers that maybe someday you would write a blog post about this. 🙂

    1. What are the differences of heart between leaders who direct their own steps and seek God’s blessing, and leaders whose steps are directed by God?

    2. What did you do during your transition from pastor of the church you planted to seacoast, and from seacoast to launch network, that most people DON’T?
